fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

TNP is an independent French consulting firm specialized in business transformation. We work mainly on the operational strategy, information systems, corporate and human capital in the banking, insurance, transportation, energy and automotive industries.
Composed of more than 350 employees, TNP is seeking to support its growth (30% on average each year since our creation in 2007) Consultants trainees(M / F),
In close collaboration with the Partners, you will evolve in an independent firm in strong growth intervening with large accounts in France and abroad.

Your missions :

True "intrapreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position
- Definition of the development strategy and services offered
- Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational companies
- Participation to recruitment and management of consultant teams: engineering graduates and business graduates
- Steering of projects and teams
- Financial management of your profit center

Your profil :

Graduated with a Master’s degree from either a Business or Engineering School and willing to evolve into a business role. Ideally you have had a first experience in a similar environment.
