• Following site Electrical and I&C activities
o Progress
o Planning
o Quality
o EHS
o Construction issue
o Engineering issue
o Establishment and update of KPI

• Following and updating the planning for electrical and
I&C Activities
• Following, organizing, participating to TOP process :
o Ensure the readiness of the system
o Participating of official inspection
o Following the punch items and organizing closing with
subcontractor in coordination with Commissioning
• Support for Client interface
o Technical requirement
o Coordination
• Support with offtaker interface
o Permit to work
o Schedule
o Technical requirement
• Support between Engineering and site construction
o Interface
o Clarification
• Support for coordination with other construction
department
• Support according Commissioning and project requirement
• Support for the interface with partner electrical and
I&C team
• Support with vendor/supplier for coordination,
schedule, work
• Following quality documentation.
