What you‘ll do
•Work closely with the marketing, sales and onboarding teams
•Support the digital customer onboarding journey via website chat
•Ensure the high quality of service and reachability for our customers
•Help our customers with questions about the product, pricing and implementation of Placetel
Qualifications
•Current student, studying toward a BS or MS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related area
•Affinity to customer service and sales
•Interested to communicate technical complex products
•Experience in Customer Contact or 1st Level Service/Support desirable
•Highly service-oriented, self-motivated, flexible team player and able to prioritize even in stressful situations
•Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
