What You'll Do

In this role you will be responsible for tasks that drive portfolio simplification and transformation leading to a set of offers that map to the CX Racetrack Lifecycle, growing recurring revenue, and improving adoption and renewals. You will contribute to the management of a cross architecture services portfolio, continuously working to validate and improve the defined services and pricing strategy, and finding critical "white space" to differentiate Cisco in the market and maintain the portfolio roadmap, such that CX metrics are attained (bookings, revenue, margin, ARR, etc.). You will assess market opportunities, create business cases, and contribute to field enablement.

Who You'll Work With

The CX Product Management teams will manage the definition of the components and timing for the roadmap of the architecture-specific offer portfolio, ensuring tight alignment with Cisco's product portfolio and roadmap. Effective interlock with appropriate BE(s), New Product leadership, and delivery and sales management are critical to success, as are deep insight into customer trends, challenges and needs. You will work with the other product managers, and the cross-technology strategy team, to ensure cross-technology synergies are defined and communicated in a clear and simple manner.

Your responsibilities will include

Technical product management tasks such as market analysis, market sizing, and creation of value propositions

Build and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new offers and features

Build and execute product and offer roadmaps

Competitive analysis and preparation of market intelligence

Contribute to pricing strategies and offer packaging

Ensure the enablement of customers and distribution partners

Training of sales & support team on new products and features

Collect, understand and implement all requirements of relevant stakeholders

Prepare sales and self-service documentation of our products as well as legal documents

Who You Are

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science or a comparable field.

You have at least 3 years professional experience in product management, ideally with a background in the telecommunications industry

You are detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable to a changing environment. You have strong analytical skills and have a comprehensive understanding of business processes and campaign strategy.

Working technical knowledge of IT concepts and the aptitude to ramp up quickly on technical concepts

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a hands-on mentality

Enthusiastic personality, motivator, self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Strong communicator: written, verbal (one-on-one, group, and large public presentations), able to understand and create technical content that demonstrates business value for internal and external stakeholders.
