Who You'll Work With

The Operations team is a broad-based organization which plays a fundamental role in driving the transformation of Cisco. It includes the following functions: Supply Chain, Information Technology, Security and Trust, Customer and Partner Services, Employee Services, Global Procurement Services, Data and Analytics, Transformation Initiatives and Strategy and Business Acceleration. We are looking for an HR Leader to partner with the Supply Chain team as well other organizations within Operations, leading a team of business partners in order to scale to the challenge. You will also be a part of a larger Corporate Functions HR team, so you get the best of both worlds: a focused business partner aligned role to support specific organizations within Operations, as well as a broader view and ability to impact the Company through the Corporate Functions HR team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will partner with senior management to develop and translate business strategy topeoplemanagement strategy and coordinate implementation
  • You will build and lead large scale structural and organizational design changes
  • You will assess, develop and coach executive and senior management teams
  • You will drive change management initiatives with a focus on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements, and systems and processes
  • You will engage in workforce planninginitiatives
  • You will lead senior talent and performance management efforts
  • You will manage acquisition integration planning and executive assimilation
  • You will leverage and integrate Annual Cycle Programs to reinforce company-wide HR strategy: Workforce planning, Performance Management, Career Development, Executive Compensation and Rewards, Talent Reviews and Talent Attraction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - MBA or Master's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of HR experience or equivalent experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope
  • HR business partnering experience

  • Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as an advisor and consultant with strong HR expertise and judgment

  • Courage to propose solutions others are reluctant to address and act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business
