Who You'll Work With

You will work as part of the DevNet Sandbox Team, which develops and maintains the DevNet Sandbox platform globally. DevNet Sandbox acts as a public cloud service, open to all, providing on demand developer environments containing Cisco and open source products and solutions, where both application and infrastructure developers can try out new skills, develop new solutions and more.

You will also work with the wider DevNet team (developer.cisco.com) who focus on developer relations for all of Cisco's developer offerings. DevNet covers information for APIs, devops, applications, automation, and infrastructure management. We combine technical skills with people skills to support both application developers and infrastructure developers in many ways. We provide community outreach, educational events, technical documentation, and tools such as sandbox environments to get hands on with Cisco products. We have developer advocates across the globe, and we run our own platforms and keep the developer sandboxes ready for developers to practice their skills. You will also work closely with Cisco product teams across the entire Cisco portfolio - including Networking, Security, Data Center, Collaboration, and IoT. Safe to say, you won't always be in a Data Center, though you'll feel right at home in one!
