Business Analyst and Retail Developer Export

Business Analyst :

I- Support monthly analysis of turnover and profitability

·  Analyze performance indicators in different Markets / Operators
·  Standardize Sell-out Reports / wholesale of different Markets / Operators
·  Analyze sales, expenses and profitability
·  Assist in analysis and report of customers data in order to control stocks level, distribution channels, channel mix... on monthly basis
·  Monthly Global TR report and analysis

II- Support forecast analysis:

·  Harmonized Tools of follow-up per Operators / Countries
·  PLV analysis / Campaign / Launch date and quantity follow-up
·  Analysis of Global strategy application per country/operator
·  Assit marketing for global forecasts
·  Placement follow-up per client of : Campaigns / sets….Quantities

III- PAX / Operator & Competitive analysis:

·  Airport PAX Trends
·  Operator Trends
·  Competitive initiatives and distribution (P&C, Eyewear, Watches….)

Retail Coordinator :

I- Support Area Director / Managers prior to opening of a retail door  (Travel Retail/Local Market)

·  Location identification incl. on site
·  Model analysis (TR/LM)
·  Price structure
·  P&L analysis
·  Preparation of CEO Review

II- Assist in opening process once boutique validated

·  Elaborate Timeline
·  Link with Market
·  Link with all Services Export (Mktg, Training, PR, Media,…..)
·  Link with all Services Europe (Retail, IT, eyewear,….)
·  Organize / Lead meeting with 360° services

III- Follow-up once boutiques are opened

·  Reporting / Sales analysis
·  P&L analysis
·  Best practices
·  Global reports 
·  Participate in forecast phases modelization (Budget, Last Estimate, R&O)
·  Prepare the internal annual presentations for the Global Board
·  Support the Financial Controller with his adhoc analyses needs
