Job description
· Perform technical repairs for fashion product according to company repair standards and requirements, and provide appropriate solution
· Support the inventory control, sourcing, replenishment of spare parts
· Provide technical diagnosis and tips to repair claim or customer complaint to escalate after sales service
· Do final quality check and repair after repair
· Provide technical training of fashion product when necessary
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Post-secondary level education
· Basic and advanced Fashion repair training
Work Experience
· Minimum of 10 years repair experience in fashion product repair.
Required Competencies
· Technical knowledge of Fashion product such as LG, CJ and RTW
· Read in English is preferable
· Basic computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Excel)
