Regional Makeup Artist (Home Store Fenwick Brent Cross)

2 years minimum Makeup Artist experience

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB  

The Regional Makeup Artists leads by example, performing the duties of a Makeup Artist and is dedicated to the development of the skills, product knowledge and service levels of the Resident Makeup Artists. They help support the team’s business needs through the successful implementation of activity, events & coaching strategies. Working as part of a team, promoting business objectives and actively working towards achievement of personal and team targets and KPIs.  

 

Responsibilities 

 

· 
Work as a Makeup Artist across the Region with a key focus to their Home Store. Support in the achievement of sales service goals.  Work closely with resident store teams to maximize the sales potential through in store coaching and event execution, in essence leading by example. 

 

· 
Follow up on key business strategies as directed by the RDM driving makeup with a focus on specific product categories and makeup themes 

 

· 
Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and customer service whilst following Chanel’s 10 steps of service and grooming expectations. 

 

· 
Inspire, educate and motivate all team members. 

 

· 
Identifying any further skill training needs of individuals within their Home Store and discuss with in store Management & RDM objectives to be set. 

 

· 
Lead and participle with retail animation and new product launches on counter. 

 

· 
Work as a team of Regional Makeup Artists to seek opportunities to further drive the makeup business across the Region. 

 

· 
To be commercially aware of the current market, consumers and competition.
