Market Intelligence Analyst

Job description

POSITION OVERALL / JOB MISSION

To make sure that the sellout and inventory information is collected, reviewed and entered accurately to help ensure data integrity within the Business Intelligence (BI) software, additional to obtain and process market data relevant to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Verify daily availability of files to process
·  Analyze the data within the files and work on the conversion needed to upload data to the system
·  Coordinate with IT Department for daily upload
·  Check Business Intelligence Software daily to ensure the correct upload of data and communicate discrepancies when needed
·  Prepare monthly reports of information received
·  Create added value analysis and reports in order to contribute to reach the company’s goal
·  Look for new & more automatize ways to upload data in order to be more efficient
·  Analyze best seller products, monthly campaigns, inventory and POS trends
·  Continuously review the sellout generation workflows in order to identify enhancing gaps

JOB PROFILE

·  Similar responsibilities in regional distribution and/or retail industry, managing business intelligence tools and/or systems
·  Experience of business or industry experience is required as this job requires a blend of keen technical skills, business acumen and customer service.
·  Preferably should have experience in the following technologies (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint, Power BI, Office 365, Tableau, Power Query)
