Job description



Job Purpose:

As part of the Digital Services Agency internal to CHANEL, the Data insight analyst collaborates with the Data stewardship and analytics lead and ensure the quality, usability of CRM data and perform analytics in order to uncover business actionable client insights.

·  Responsible for the quality/accuracy of the data:  Perform multiple check, define quality rules and standards – automate quality process.
·  Support data analytics projects: Perform deep CRM analysis with the support of the Data stewardship and analytics lead incl. client analysis, purchase path, digital campaign effectiveness…etc
·  Interpret learnings - Deliver deep insights with the appropriate analytics methodologies and techniques
·  Responsible of recurrent data analytics reporting - Liaise with local Digital Managers and implement and deliver on a monthly basis, automated ad hoc solutions, report insights to the business with simplicity and pragmatism

Key Responsibilities:

·  Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for in the Digital and CRM internal systems (mainly Salesforce)
·  Maintain databases/data systems, help create a high-functioning and healthy data ecosystem
·  Collaborate with data owners from local/regional/global IT as well as external vendors to ensure data quality
·  Identify and document opportunities for improvement and/or optimization
·  Assist The Agency Digital Services Analysts on day-to-day reporting and analysis
·  Collaborate with The Agency Digital Services Analysts to build data solutions (aggregated views, automated reports, ad hoc analyses, predictive modeling, etc) which are business actionable.
