Job description
Job Purpose:
· Implement and support Chanel BI Solutions
· Key player in the implementation, training, and maintenance of all regional financial reporting tools.
· Administer the tools that will be implemented in the Asia region to budget, consolidate and report management and legal financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the development of IBM Planning & Analytics (TM1) for planning & budgeting across the Asia region
· Interface with users to collect requirements and translate them to technical solutions (with the help of consultants as required).
· Manage consultants to oversee tasks and monitor progress of deliverables.
· Develop Data Cubes, Dashboards and Reports for users in the business divisions, HR, Finance, and senior management.
· Provide technical assistance for users across Asia. Manage changes to data collection templates, metadata structure, data models, maintain user security, load data, and create reports.
· Develop user manuals and training materials, as well as provide training and post-implementation support to the global financial community.
· Participate in special projects, as required.
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· BS or BA required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
· Knowledge of financial software such as TM1, Axapta, Hyperion, and Cognos are a plus.
· Experience working on other BI tools like Microsoft Power BI and QlikView is required
Work Experience
· Minimum 4 years experience. Experience must be in Business Intelligence andavntage is experience in other systems implementations/administration and/or financial controlling.

· Strong knowledge of financial budgeting, consolidation, and reporting software.
· Solid understanding of accounting and business processes.
· Strong technical and analytical skills are required to troubleshoot consolidation and/or reporting issues. Full understanding of system logic/processes is required to independently resolve problems.
· Creative thinking is required to make recommendations for system design, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. New business requirements must be analyzed to understand impact on the overall systems landscape.
· Must be able to develop training materials and lead training sessions.

· Strong communication skills with multiple levels of management. Ability to write clear, concise reports and correspondence.
· Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent team player. Highly motivated, and proactive. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
· High proficiency in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of the Chanel organization a plus.
· Travel will be required for this position.
