Position Description

This role can be based out of London, Manchester or other main office in the UK however a high degree of international mobility is essential.

Your future duties and responsibilities
This challenging and varied Technical Analyst role requires strong technical analysis experience to successfully support large-scale, multi-tier projects. The Technical Analyst will understand the full project lifecycle to successfully deliver quality work products on-schedule, able to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously and be able to coordinate communication with colleagues, reporting risk and status update to leadership team as needed. The Analyst should be able to quickly assimilate into the team and learn the company's methodologies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be successful in this role we’re looking for demonstrable expertise working with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. All candidates must offer a strong understanding of technology, the development lifecycle, Object-Oriented (OO) principles/modelling and be able to provide support in architecting an integration platform and designing interfaces to the corresponding downstream systems.

The Technical Analyst will be able to provide support to the client technically during the design, development and testing phases facilitating a successful implementation, conduct “train the trainer” sessions as needed and co-ordinate as required for the resolution of technical issues between project members and CGI Applications.

A strong ability to collaboratively work with client management and other staff to define requirements and work across a complex, matrix structure environment in a fully consultative mode is also essential. Advanced analytical skills, a creative approach to solution design and problem solving, an understanding of technology and the development lifecycle is important, as are strong interpersonal skills. A background in International Trade Finance is advantageous.
