Role brief:
Tester needs to able to create test cases out of acceptance criteria of Story/Feature. On EPIC level there is High Level Test plan to guide team testers. All documentation is in English.
Test automation is not required from you at this point, we have already testers working on this in project.
Exploratory testing technique is one of the recommend things to include in testing. Our main focus is on following the acceptance criteria. Exploratory testing can be used as part of regression testing.
Technical stack: Web application. Ionic/AngularJS and Stencil components on FE and Java (Spring)on BE. FE is talking to BE using REST API.

Start date: 22 August 2019

Position description:
CGI Poland is supporting development of modern web application for one of our Finnish customers. We are currently looking for test analysts with experience in Agile projects, capable of translating business requirements and acceptance criteria into high quality test cases.

Your future responsibilities:
Analysis of EPIC/Story acceptance criteria, definition of test cases, execution of tests and documentation of the results. Close cooperation with distributed SCRUM team is necessary, so communication skills are a must.

Required qulifications to be successful in this role:
2+ years experience as a software tester, ISTQB certificate, experience in modern web application testing.
