Your future duties and responsibilities
• Liaising with Telecommunication Operators, (TO) technical staff and management to assess the quality, capability, regulatory compliance and value for money of existing and proposed data retention systems and processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Understanding of large IT systems (Wintel & Opensource) and a variety of relational databases
• Ability to design, calculate and compare performance metrics such as Opex and Capex costs, per request.
• A track record of setting and evaluating SLAs, requirements, proposals, estimates and contracts.
• Strong Excel skills aligned with weekly and monthly budgeting / forecasting.

Desirable:

Knowledge of OSS systems (CRM, billing, provisioning and assurance), data warehousing, “big data” technologies, methods and telco networks (3G, 4G, 5G etc)

Our projects are based in a CGI office or client site but may require travel to other locations.

The successful candidate must be able to spend time working away from home, if required.
