Tableau Developer

Position Description
Seeking a Tableau Developer to support Information Technology (IT) initiatives in healthcare and federal grants arena. The initiatives include Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to enable organizations to operate and maintain enterprise systems in response to various legislative, policy, management, and technology changes. The outcomes enable the organization to strengthen its program management and operations in support of its mission to improve and achieve health equity. This position may need travel to the client site occasionally.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Tableau developer provides support to in maintaining/developing visualizations for HRSA EHBs systems and sub-systems. Specific responsibilities include.

• Maintains the Tableau dashboards implemented within EHBs
• .Analyze/Resolve issues within the dashboards that fall under maintenance.
• Participate in meetings and provide feedback during handover from other vendors
• Implement ad-hoc dashboards as a part of the operations of EHB systems.
• Document resolutions/ implementation details as per the customer need.
• Support clients with access, usage of the dashboards

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate experience with federal grants lifecycle and business processes reengineering.
• Must be familiar with agile development and business processes re-engineering
