Position Description
CGI has an immediate need for a Tableau Developer to join our financial services team in Reston, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

This team requires this role to build analytical reports mostly in Tableau. This resource must be strong in Tableau and have SQL skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science

Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business intelligence solutions through analytical reporting using the Tableau Suite of products from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Server and SQL. You will work with team members and business leaders to identify opportunities to turn data analytics into insights, for intelligent decision-making. Responsible for developing front end reports for business applications. Pull data and metrics for stakeholders and executives to generate graphs and dashboards as per the role.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Experience with Tableau and SQL
• Ability to maintain and manage Tableau driven dashboards
• Knowledge of Tableau Report Performance Optimization
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts

Desired qualifications
• Microstrategy and Informatica is a plus
