Your future duties and responsibilities
•Analyze business requirements and create functional requirements specifications
•Create design specifications to meet functional and business requirements
•Create, enhance and maintain Universe semantic layers
•Develop new reports and enhance existing reports; connecting to single or multiple data sources
•Analyze existing reports and improve performance
•Investigate and resolve production issues escalated by production support team
•Conduct business stakeholder interviews to ascertain business problems
•Document and create business requirements
•Elicit business pain points and establish technical/data capabilities
•Attend daily stand-ups with developers to identify risks and to keep project target
•Participate in Sprint Demo as pre-cursor to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
•Facilitate UAT with business stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
•2+ years experience using Tableau (must have)
•Full report development life cycle experience with proven record of following industry best practices and standards
•Well versed with SQL/T-SQL and stored procedures on large relational databases
•Experience solving business problems with data in an enterprise environment
•Must be a seasoned professional as it relates to data analytics
•Blend of data and business analysis skills
•Able to tell a story with data
•Experience and ability to prototype within the toolsets required
•Experience with MS Office suite of software applications
•Must communicate well with internal and external customers
