Manage multiple Agile teams as a Technical Project Manager in a high visibility environment using demonstrated Scrum Master skills to meet client-driven deadlines and drive project development cycles to complete multiple project sprints.
Your future duties and responsibilities
o Act as a leader to the Software Development team
o Through coaching and facilitation, ensure the team follows Agile processes (e.g., self-directed problem solvers) and ceremonies (Daily Standup meetings, Estimation, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, and refinement & Review/Demo)
o Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of programming code and products
o Help team set realistic objectives for Feature and Sprint delivery timeframes
o Shape team behavior through excellent management via the Agile method
o Collaborate and keep external stakeholders and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities.
o Remove blockers and impediments for team
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and program owners
o Document progress and communicate to upper management and stakeholders
o Take responsibility for successful product delivery
o Assist the product owner with grooming the product backlog
o Maintain burndown charts and other relevant metrics to drive team performance
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Clearly identify the essential qualification vs the desired qualifications. What skills/experience must this person have to be considered?
o SAFe Certified Scrum Master (required); technical background is a plus
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing solutions with complex integrations and migrations
o Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor team members in Agile Methodologies
o Minimum of 4 years’ experience implementing Agile methodologies
o Minimum 3 years or experience as acting Scrum Master
o Creative ability to solve problems.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are a must.
