Position Description

We are currently seeking candidates to join our successful Federal organization as a Directory Services Engineer with experience in Radiant One Virtual directory services for an enterprise cybersecurity opportunity. Our DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program customer aims to operate a multi-domain identity data warehouse, aggregating LDAP servers, databases and web service providers into a central identity store. The identity store supports systems and applications across the agency in support of the CDM Master User record (MUR), role-based access control and user life cycle activities (on-boarding, off-boarding). The ideal candidate will install, integrate, configure, deploy and architect Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate IAM Governance, and Privileged Account Management (PAM).

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Support program objectives and requirements using Virtual Directory Services (i.e. Radiant Logic, Radiant One, etc.).
• Provide assistance in integrating Identity and Access Management systems to Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
• Integrate Radiant Logic with third party data sources (LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/RESTful web services).
• Integrate new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing correlation logic and writing custom code for new computed attributes.
• Develop maintainable, testable and reusable code in Java.
• Ensure quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned.
• Ability to generate mock data sources for positive and negative testing.
• Take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, integration and deployment events.
• Triage and resolve production data and technical issues.
• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in daily stand up calls and other technical meetings as necessary.
• Provide project updates to the key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams – business and technical teams from initiation to completion of the project.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of experience or a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience working in IAM projects primarily as a Directory Services Engineer.
• Deep understanding of RadiantOne Virtual directory services (VDS) platform and conceptual understanding of identity hubs for authentication & authorization.
• Experience with integration of Radiant One VDS with third party data sources (LDAP, SQL, and SOAP/RESTful web services).
• Experience with integration of new data sources, developing strategies for improving data quality, implementing aggregation, correlation logic, attribute mapping and writing some custom code for new computed attributes.
• Experience with development of elegant, maintainable, testable and reusable code and ensuring quality of developed code through testing and lessons learned.
• Collaboration experience with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance and take responsibility of the solution from design to deployment.
• Ability to generate mock data sources for positive and negative testing, participate in code reviews, integration and deployment events.
• Ability to triage and provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues.
• Experience developing system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration and appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Desired Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ and CyberArk.
• Basic knowledge of HDAP, RadiantOne ICS and FID products.
• Linux administration experience.
• Windows PowerShell experience.
• Basic programming skills (Python or Java).
• Basic knowledge of networking and firewalls.
• Basic Splunk knowledge.
• Security relevant industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Sec+ and CEH.
• Understanding of databases and vaulting technologies.
• Understanding of federal cyber security guidance such as NIST SP 800-37 (Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach) and NIST 800-137 (Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) for Federal Information Systems and Organizations).
• Knowledge of the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Program (CDM).
