Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Description
Come join CGI and be a part of a large program within a strategic DHS Component. CGI is looking for a Junior to Expert-level Quality Assurance Analyst with 0-8+ years of applicable experience with an IT, Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent) degree to join our team. Qualified candidates will need experience using QA and Testing methodologies and tools, developing testing solutions, and controlling test projects (e.g. scope, risk and issue management, status report at all levels, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling, etc.). We are looking for talented individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills, good oral and written skills, and attention to detail. This position would suit an ambitious, dedicated, and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst with a proven track record of not only managing large, complex QA and testing projects/programs with multiple work streams, but also enhancing the environment for Government customers by providing excellent customer service. Your future duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for providing oversight to and delivering complex testing projects on time and at or under budget

2. Participate in project planning sessions, organizing project schedules, allocating resources, and incorporating project requirements into solution design

3. Managing conflict and performance related items

4. Participate in negotiations with client and other teams regarding project plans, solutions, conflict resolutions, and resource allocation

5. Participate in management and development of project deliverables, as well as project presentations to clients and executive personnel

6. Guide team members on best practices for testing methodologies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance/investigation to start employment • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems
• Experience in managing and providing delivery oversight
• Excellent executive presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels
• Excellent time management, task planning, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
• Skilled with Microsoft office suite
• Problem solver with ability to multi task
•Performance management experience delivering to Service Level Agreements in a QA and testing environment for Enterprise Clients
• Persuasive, collaborative business acumen with the ability to drive business partners strategically and influence others
•Strong negotiation skills
•Excellent facilitation, time management and organization skills
