PMO Analyst

Position Description
The successful candidate will work across the sector as a PMO analyst for multiple projects and programs supporting multiple contracts, multiple project managers, directors, and sector Vice President.
The successful candidate will also work closely with multiple internal departments including contracts, finance, accounting, and the corporate PMO.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities include (working closely with PMs, DCS and VPs):
- Monthly financial forecasting for all open or future (in forecast) projects.
- Preparation and/or assist with preparation of Deal Financial Analysis (DFAs) for inclusion in Step Reviews.
- Request creation of Sunflower software quotes for license, maintenance, and/or SAAS with ESG pricing team and track through completion.
- Prepare and/or assist in preparation of Step Reviews and/or Fast Track approvals including tracking of required approvals.
- Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of Health-check preparation (if applicable)
- Review and approval of all bills. Manage open A/R working with clients and project teams for payment of all open A/R.
- Create, review, and/or approve purchase orders and invoices of vendors and suppliers (products and services). Prepare and track accruals as needed.
- Monthly review of actuals (labor, software, ODCs) via Cost Books
- Interfacing with contracts for bids, IFF (and other reporting)
- CRM management
- Request and manage WAR (work at risk) as applicable
- Tasking / oversight for part-time team-member

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of directly related experience is required.
- 2 to 4 years experience in Finance, preferably with Federal Government contracting.
- Self- starter
- Able to multitask and effectively work independently.
- Critical eye for detail.
