Platform Engineering - Elasticsearch and Kafka

Position Description
CGI is actively searching for a Platform Engineer to work with our clients' lines of business to onboard onto an existing platform. They will be working with infrastructure and automation teams to properly integrate new groups onto the platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Install/Manage elastic cloud enterprise.
- Install/Manage Confluent Kafka platform.
- Deploying Infrastructure code using Concourse CI/CD tool.
- Automating infrastructure as code using Ansible and Docker.
- Creation of custom scripts using Python/Go.
- Supporting Elasticsearch clusters created through elastic cloud enterprise.
- Supporting Kafka topics hosted on Kafka platform.
- Supporting production environments (On-call on rotation basis)
- Experience in maintaining infrastructure code versions using GIT.
