Junior IT Project Manager

Position Description
As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will become part of team and will play a role in different projects of innovative solutions and enhancement deliveries to achieve targeted results. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Be responsible for project scope, time, budget and overall quality
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Management of project resource allocation
• Produce reports and analyze the success of project delivery
• Coordinate resources and team members to ensure successful execution of projects
• Organize acceptance tests and full responsibility for the quality of delivery in assigned projects
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, ensure benefits are tracked after the project is completed
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Prepare documents regarding projects and complete additional administrative tasks

• Strong personality with the ability to stand the position and negotiate
• Result-oriented team player who could confidently lead the project
• Creative problem solving and can-do approach
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages
