CGI requires a Junior Application Support Analysts to work with our team providing services to general insurance clients with solutions for insurance pricing, underwriting and regulation
.

The role is based in Chelmsford however willingness to travel to clients site is required.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The role requires an understanding of the operation of the applications and their interactions and experience in trouble shooting incidents and defects.
You will provide functional user and client support across a range of applications systems, and will be proactive in monitoring systems and ensure remedial action is taken where necessary.
You will be required to design and implement solutions in the required tools sets.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
For this role, it is essential to have a foundation of programming skills and a good knowledge of Excel.
