Position Description
First level Applications Development professional, representing the most common entry point into the organization. Performs routine activities related to applications development. Focuses on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the Applications Development field.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Below are the expected roles
• Manage the ticket thresholds within the acceptable limits
• Should Prioritize the work and distribute among the team members
• Should Manage the SLAs as per agreements
• Should take active participation in team's daily meeting and weekly meeting
• Bring the attention of team lead in case of any items are going to be escalate or escalated
• Take lead incident bridges and client communication on highlighted items
• Ensure quality is being followed in the deliverables
• Drive the deployments and dry runs along with participating MOP reviews
• Follow the Problem management process on ticket trends

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Should have Strong knowledge in .Java with Oracle Database
Should have good knowledge on Unix, Angular JS with understanding of microservices
Should have knowledge on DoQ standard tools, like GitLab for code repo, Jenkins, Artifactory, Udeploy & Openshift Container Platform
Good communication skills (i.e. ability to communicate clearly via both written and verbal communication)
Should have knowledge on Support process like incident management, change management and problem management and along with bridge managment, basis knowledge on monitoring tools like Vantage and DCRUM.
