Full Stack Java Developer

Position Description
As a Full Stack Java Developer, you should have a software development background and be able to facilitate, design, and develop technical solutions for existing Java applications and processes. You will interact with Lead Developers, System Analysts, Business Users, Architects, Test Analysts, Project Managers and peer developers to review system requirements, design and develop software solutions and enhancements. Technical solutions and supporting deliverables will be constructed to enable the client to accomplish its business objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities
You will:

• You will provide expert level IT technical services and technical expertise in systems, technical infrastructure, tools, modeling, external interfaces, and other technical areas.
• You will Coordinate the workflow between the UX team and front-end developers
• Reviews design documents and provide feedback on approach and estimates
• You will complete complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities.
• You may approve technical solutions proposed by team members and elevate complex technical issues to IT experts, including architects.
• You will be expected to recommend development options, including design, build, and test. Approve the team's technical deliverables. Conduct testing, including functionality, technical limitations, and security.
• One of your responsibilities will be guiding the delivery teams from end-to-end delivery standpoint.
• You will resolve technical problems discovered by the team and internal clients. Responsible for responding in a timely manner. Researching issues and performing root cause analysis.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
General:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Good communication skills. Team Oriented and can work on your own.

Must Have Technical Skills:
• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience primarily designing and developing Java/J2EE based applications (Java 8)
• You should have hands-on experience on business process development and/or Integration with system tools.
• Development with Spring Boot & Microservices
• Web development with Angular 6/7
• Web development, Responsive UI; JavaScript
• Development with unit testing frameworks protractor, jasmine and karma
• Working knowledge in DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, uDeploy and Git.
• Web Services – REST
• Experience in CSS and CSS preprocessors like SCSS, LESS
• Knowledge in REST services
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS
• Good Understanding on Message Queues and Topics.
• Should have worked in Agile methodologies.

Good to Know:

• Jenkins and CI and CD pipeline.

Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related IT field or equivalent combination of experience and education
