Position Description
In order to strengthen the team assign to one of our customers, CGI is looking for an IT SYSTEM Manager with 6-8 years of hands-on demonstrable experience in the context of a large SMB.
He would join a 8 person’s team and an offshore team .and operate activities part-time on site and part-time at CGI’s premises.
The mission is to support the transition from current technologies to new ones and smoothe the process.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Our newjoiner should have a good knowledge/Or the use of evolve in the following technical environment:

- Windows
o Windows server 2003+ (Exchange 2010, DNS, WINS, FTP,DHCP, FileServer, GPO…)
o AD2003 + targeting AD2012+,
o (Win Xp) + Win7/Win10
o WSUS
o Package deployment like PDQ, and SCCM would be assets, NetSupport, Scripting

- Public clouds:
o AZURE:
 O365 + administration and linking
O365 application managing and handling
o AWS:
 Experience with AWS linking would be an asset

- Hypervisors:
o VMware v5.5 +, Vcenter
o XenServer v7+

- Security
o Fortigate
o Sophos
o Axsguard
o Multiple open source solutions
o Antivirus Solution (Sophos, Symantec)
o Nagios, Cacti,…

- Storage Management
o 3PAR
o HP VSAN
o NAS (Synology, Netgear)

- Linux:
o Ubuntu
o Redhat Enterprise
o Debian

- Backup:
o Commvault
o (Legato Networker)

- Networking
o Layers 2 and 3
o HP, Cisco
o ARUBA

- Printing:
o Management of Xerox Solution
o Zebra, HP, Brady …

- Telephony:
o GSM (IOS, Android)
o VOIP , DECT
 Aastra

- Application presentation
o XenApp
o XenDesktop

- Industrialization is a plus

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Knowledge of one national language and common practice of the second one are required
- Technical English
- High-level of customer service affinity is required
- Team player with some degree of Autonomy
- Ability to propose new solutions and to deploy or coordinate them
