IAM Software Developer (SailPoint)

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Software Developer with a strong IAM background in implementing IAM products and solutions with a particular emphasis on SailPoint Identity Governance and Lifecycle Manager. You will actively identify and mitigate a wide range of cyber risks and will also work closely with a variety of agency stakeholders, supporting their mission, priorities, organization and unique challenges.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provide leadership in implementing SDLC employing DevOps methods and tech stacks to enable developers' productivity and optimizing time-to-value.
• Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security and scalability of Sailpoint software architecture.
• Lead all SailPoint deployment activities, connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, certifications and third party system integration
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
• Develop and implement system defects/enhancements for Sailpoint IdentityIQ or other IAM Sailpoint tools
• Design, implement, and educate on SailPoint build processes, code migration, and source control use.
• Provide SailPoint IIQ and other IAM tools such SecurityIQ-related troubleshooting services as part of project or post-production support activities.
• Support Sailpoint IdentityIQ and SecurityIQ system upgrades and define the application roadmap.
• Managing planning of enhancements including documentation and coordination of internal PTO pre-CCB and CCB documentation and presentations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 4+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access management (IAM) solution as a Sr. developer and 5+ years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a Sr. developer role in a large scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
• Expertise in using out of the box IIQ workflow capabilities and developing custom workflows and rules.
• Experience managing and integrating with software applications that Sailpoint IdentityIQ manages, such as, LDAP, Windows Active Directory, Mainframe, Service Now and Databases.
• Experience in implementing enhancements for Sailpoint IdentityIQ or other IAM tools such as SecurityIQ.
• Experience with configuring RBAC and Certifications in IIQ.
• Experience in troubleshoot fixes and address deficiencies and issues in the system
• Experience with IdentityIQ system upgrades, patches and migrating SSB across different environments.
• Exposure to a variety of IAM technologies such as multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components.
• Experience in writing system design documents, technical procedures, release documentation and presentations.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
