Expense Report Processor

Position Description
The Expense Report Processor will be responsible for auditing and processing employee expense reports for payment quickly, consistently, and correctly. Team works close together to achieve common goals and deadlines.

Your future duties and responsibilities
•Review employee expense reports for compliance, approvals, documentation, and business purpose both manually and via automated system. Individual will also be responsible for scanning documents every day.
•Receive supporting documentation via automated and manual process
•Process manual expense report vouchers into automated system
•Process expense voucher corrections via automated and manual process
•Provide customer service support to members regarding expense reports
•Log expense report related issues electronically
•Research and resolve issues related to expense reports
•Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and member files

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
A high school diploma plus two years of experience. In addition:
•Knowledge of Accounts Payable and General Ledgers
•Knowledge of automated financial systems
•Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
•Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and member files
•Ability to work in team environment
•Excellent Interpersonal Skills

•Bookkeeping Skills
•Analytical & problem solving skills
•Effective verbal and listening communication Skills
•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
•Effective written communication skills
•Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting software (CostPoint, Concur, Deltek T&E), spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email proficiently
