We are looking for motivated talents to join our team to provide day to day and project support along with the ability to adapt your skills along the way.

Your future duties and responsibilities
In this client facing role, you will be responsible for providing first and second level desktop support (remote and onsite) on a range of technical issues. You will need to ensure quality of delivery by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and improving on CGI methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Provides client support and second level response on all end-user devices by diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving problems on hardware and software.

• Provides service, maintenance and up-to-date inventory record-keeping for all designated end-user hardware, in the area of assignment.

• Provides exceptional customer service to clients and come up with solutions by consulting with colleagues and manager, to help clients become more productive.

• Hardware diagnostic/repair and re/installation.

• Ensure quality of delivery by exceeding customer expectations.

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles relevant to desktop services.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Degree in computer science; Microsoft, CCNA and other related certifications will be an asset.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years desktop support experience within a corporate environment.

• Superior customer service skills which includes communicating with clients, service providers, team and manager, verbally and in writing.

• PC, Tablets and peripherals support.

• Technical support skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, OneDrive and O365.

• Demonstrated problem management and troubleshooting skills.

• Time management and ability to work unsupervised

• Able to travel to various client sites across Ontario (~10%) as required.

• Driver’s license for travel as required.
