Position Description

CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Dashboard Operator supporting our DHS CDM DEFEND program. You will work as part of a dynamic operational team that is implementing a proactive risk management solution to enhance the defense posture of federal agencies. You will work with multiple technologies supporting, and help to ensure the quality and consistency of data collected from the agencies using the shared services solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Act as an administrator and maintain and support the RSA Archer GRC tool suite.
• Work with GRC vendor, System Architects and test teams and ensure maximum system capability.
• Provide hands-on administration, implementation and configuration of security risk and compliance tools to minimize the risk landscape of customer networks and environments.
• Monitor and maintain data feeds from multiple cybersecurity tools, including API’s and manual and automated export/imports.
• Work with agency and Network Engineers to troubleshoot data feeds.
• Monitor and report on the completeness and consistency of data presented to the dashboard for ingestion.
• Maintain configuration documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams and participate in technical and meetings with customers’ technical specialists.
• Support Service Delivery and Project Managers in the role working directly with agency stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of the contract requirements, US citizenship and successful passing of CGI background check is required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have an active DHS EOD/Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with RSA Archer and RabbitMQ.
• Experience administering and deploying RSA Archer tool suite, including Archer's Continuous Monitoring, Federal Enterprise Management and A&A modules.
• Experience working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the security tool.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and initiative to set goals and execute.
• Ability to work within a team environment.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience with Informatica or other ETL tools.
• RSA Archer Certified Associate.
• Security relevant certifications: CISSP, CISA, and Security+.
