Bilingual Business Systems Analyst

Position Description
Business Systems Analyst needed local to Dallas, Texas.

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH and ENGLISH

Your future duties and responsibilities
Participate in the monitoring of the system and applications, being able to analyze the root cause of a problem when It happens. It is not a monitoring like an operator but with additional functional knowledge

-Follow the incidents status solved in Spain to report their status to the customer in US

-Propose work around to the concession in case there is a problem with the application

-Capacity to work in a team with resources in different locations

-Participate in operational meetings with the client

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH and ENGLISH
-Functional Analysis capability – when there is problem or a request for the customer the resource has to be able to analysis the system, from the functional point of view, to get where the problem can be or what is the impact of the request

-PLSQL language – Create queries, store procedures, views, triggers

-Oracle Database – At user level, not dba skills

-Spanish language – the team and part of the customer is Spanish mother tongue, the main part of the team is located in Spain, so the resource must speak Spanish fluently

-English language – part of the customer is English mother tongue and all the documents are in English and must be written in English

Desired Qualifications:

-Java – Read and interpret the code, develop small changes

-Application servers – At user level, not tuning level
