Business Support Analyst

Position Description
Join CGI as Business Support Analyst for it project in Telecommunication.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Routine review and verification of data accuracy and initiate corrections from simple updates to complex enhancement changes
• Maintain supporting documents for record retention and audit purposes
• Point of contact for vendors / customers
• Manage Sales orders from point of entry through to reconciliation to minimize credit issues
• Coordinate new account set up and maintenance of vendor / customer accounts
• Collaborate with various teams – end to end process support
• Disseminate large volumes of confidential and time sensitive information
• Identify and resolve discrepancies / troubleshoot

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 1 to 2 years' of experience as Business Support Analyst role with experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management basics.
• Experience in Bell BPO /Warehouse experience is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills are a necessity to interface with customers and personnel. Customer Service Focused.
• Exceptional time management skills and detail oriented is a must.
• Self-driven, collaborator, problem solver and able to prioritize conflicting demands
