Roles & Responsibilities
•    Process master data requests as well as response to emails and queries within SLA & Service Standards
•    Execute periodical master data clean ups 
•    Ensure internal controls are adhered to
•    Assist Team leads to educate and create awareness and controls, governance and standard procedures of master data maintenance to the other junior team member as well as End Markets
•    Contribute and take ownership in ensuring KPIs are met and records of requests items are up-to-date
•    Perform verification of changes in the system based on the defined controls and procedures
•    Provide guidance to Junior Analysts in performing day-to-day processing 
•    Assist Team Leads in dealing with issues in the team such as business improvement, implementing policies & others operational matters 
•    Assists Team leads in keeping updated documentation on Master Data
•    Preparing reports and data validation
•    Take lead to drive mini projects where support from MD is required.
Note : This role will require flexibility of working on some public holidays and possibility of working hours that starts as early as 07:30 GMT+8

Required Skills
•    Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices and procedures
•    Good knowledge on the standards and governance of master data maintenance in BAT
•    Basic knowledge and understanding in the General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. Understand the implications of MD maintenance on these functions.
•    Good organizational and time management skills
•    Ability to assess and promptly resolve problems
•    Ability to run and analyse reports
•    Ability to initiate process improvement initiatives

•    Ability  to communicate effectively in English
•    Ability to interact courteously with customers and ensure interactions are of a high quality
