Job Responsibilities

· Provides specialist technical expertise for the processing of Performance, L&D and Talent activities in accordance with BAT policies and guidelines.
· Supports in the delivery of Learning and Development (L&D) and Talent initiatives, together with the on-going evaluation and analysis of outcomes.
· Uploading, enrolling, tracking L&D activities (Pre-training and Post-training support) and consolidation of evaluation forms.
· Updating learning and events content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
· Produces data to support the Talent & OE CoE in talent and succession planning activities.
· Managing the performance review cycle, generating self-assessment and objective forms and providing reports for performance checking.
· Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of talent processes, policy or procedures.
· Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs.
· Accountable for the overall service quality delivered to stakeholders for respective markets managed.
· Ensures the collection, maintenance, accessibility and relevance of HR knowledge and content related to specialist area through GBS channels in line with BAT standards.
· Able to identify and execute improvisation and simplification of day-to-day tasks via automation methods.

Job Requirements

· Proficient in Excel (Beginner to Intermediate level)
· Good communication in English and excellent problem-solving skills
· Able to work well in a team and independently with minimum supervision
· Willing to learn and possesses a positive attitude
· Experience with Success Factors is an added advantage
