Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competence center in Lisbon (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) to manage activities for several locations (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Germany, Monaco …).

WMIS (Wealth Management Information System) is part of PIMH.

As WMIS Tagetik technical expert, you will draft the technical documents based on the functional business specification for the PERSEUS project, as well as be responsible for the implementation of the evolutions.

You will define the reporting, should it be the standard one or the taylor-made one for local purpose.

This role is key in terms of support and technical evolutions of Tagetik software for Performance Management. It requires a close collaboration with Management & Control teams in Lisbon as well as with the Head Office in Paris.


The main responsibilities are as follow:

· Advise on technical solution to be implemented within PERSEUS, with Tagetik technology
Define and build the standard reporting and provide user support on local tailor-made report

Define the technical documents based on requirements workshops, use cases, scenarios, business analysis specification, tasks and workflow analysis

Implement the evolutions (ETL side, Market Tagetik Language, Workflows, Data Model, Reporting ...)

Assess the impact of other major change program deliverables on delivery timelines

Determine and agree with delivery options aligned to strategic vision/principles/defined architecture

Describe the user cases based on Management & Control production sample, Perform testing to verify solution and co-ordinate UAT

Communicate proactively and collaborate with Business Analyst, Central as well as Lisbon Management & Control team.

Advice on technology impact in Tagetik for all evolution within PERSEUS, for input file and Output file

Support the project Manager for the Project and Steering Committee supports

Provide regular reporting to the Division Head in Paris


Taking into account this is a new job position, there will be:

· Technical and knowledge transfer about ETL, Workflows, Data Model, Reports
· Training on Tagetik technologies during the onboarding phase


· Fluent in English
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, managers, and subject matter experts
· High interest for new technology
· Experience in IT field
· Professional experience in financial accounting and Management & Control skills will be an advantage: Items of Balance Sheet & Off Balance Sheet, Accounting rules of financial instruments, standard financial KPI
· Knowledge about Wealth Management specific KPI could be an advantage
· Ability to work independently and with others people in an international context
