We are currently looking for an SRE whose main tasks will be:

· Ticket Management.
· Live supervision of the system to ensure an outstanding quality of service.
· Incident Management.
· Management of the periodic review and action plans:
· to guarantee Qos with contributors
· to reduce support
· to tackle backlog of incidents
· Definition of KPIs producing at operational and strategic level for the different committees.
· Guarantee of the proper user of servers (physical, virtual or Dockers machines) of non-production and production environments.
