Objectives

· 
Ensure to plan shipment and deliver merchandise goods & samples in accordance with terms and conditions of sales & delivery orders. It ensures high level of transport reliability for inbound/outbound transports and optimizes transport costs.

 

Main Tasks

· 
Execute Goods receipt for cargoes of direct delivery from CY (Container Yard) in port to ensure the delivery process to be ready in SAP

· 
Upon receiving domestic delivery request, plan shipment (including consolidation) in SAP and arrange delivery with contracted 3rd party Logistics Service Providers

· 
Monitor Elemica [Electronic transportation planning tool via EDI with SAP] status from confirmation delivery request by Logistics service providers to completion of delivery with driver/truck information in a timely and safe manner

· 
Make sure to make delivery on time, in safe, and with defined cost & most cost competitive way

· 
Keep communicating with logistics service providers to check transportation issues

· 
Register Non-conformance issues in SAP on time

· 
Ensure Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) requirements during transportation

· 
Communicate with 3rd party Logistics Service Providers, BU, Supply Chain Operations in Korea for outbound delivery process flow

· 
Handle & process domestic Transportation Management & Warehouse cost invoice from 3rd party for month-end closing

Required Education and Work experience

· 
University graduate

· 
SAP (SD, MM) knowledge & Computer literate MS-Office (Excel)

· 
Good communication skill in English

· 
Knowledge in order management process & international trade preferred

· 
Work experience in Supply Chain at least 3 years
