Talent Acquisition Partner  – Research Triangle Park, NC (1904284)

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a consultative recruiter of outstanding talent. You are a trusted partner with site leadership and hiring managers, understanding their business and talent needs, ensuring the timely presentation of high- quality talent. Leveraging your critical thinking and influencing skills, you will provide effective resolution of complex and challenging situations. You are the owner of the overall candidate care and hiring manager experience. 

 

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success…Capitalizing on your progressive and impact-based interviewing and assessment skills, your consultative and influential partnership with hiring leaders coupled with your strong application of market intelligence in your development of recruitment strategies, you will….

·  Develop and execute a staffing strategy for assigned businesses focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high-potential and diverse talent
·  Proactively identify and develop solutions to talent pipeline challenges, partnering with talent attraction, candidate care, and diversity strategy resources
·  Build and implement creative sourcing partnerships with external solution providers
·  Anticipate changing needs of hiring managers and the businesses he/she supports and adjust strategy accordingly
·  Build and maintain a strong internal network with key stakeholders
·  Effectively balance process excellence and strategic effectiveness
·  Meet performance targets (recruiting effectiveness, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction)
·  Enable optimization of hiring decisions in the context of the broader talent strategy
·  Challenge and educate hiring managers on talent assessment and assumptions and business/talent hiring risks
