Main Tasks
Ø Sales Forecast.
· Compiling prospect sheet for budget forecast.
· Compiling Sales forecast received from zone on monthly
· Providing weekly report on deviations to Head of Sales.
· Analyzing the forecast with budget & actual sales on monthly.
Ø MIS:
· Providing Business Performance Dashboard on Monthly.
· Providing Sales register to Sales & marketing team on monthly basis
· Analysis of Segment wise budget vs. actuals on monthly and providing updates to Management
· Preparing & updating Departmental Objectives status
· Providing monthly report for GM Sales.
· Weekly report on High Lights & Low Lights
· Quarterly Review customers data with zonal managers.
Ø Purchasing related activities:
· Processing Purchase requisition for Capital items and coordination with Central purchase for PO process.
· Follow-ups with Central finance for Asset code creation & review on Asset Master for any discrepancy.
· Processing PO for revenue expenditure (delegated procurement cases)
· Coordination with vendors for execution of Jobs.
· Coordination with Sales Team for Bulk Tank installation at Customers Site
· Timely review on bulk tank installed at customer site & maintain master file with update .
Ø Tax Form:
· Follow up with sales persons & customers for collection of tax form.
· Reviewing & discussing with GM Sales & Zonal Head for further action on collection of tax form.
Ø IT Support
· Implementation of SAP S4 HANA
· Master Data Migration from SAP Cobalt to SAP S4 HANA.
· Implementation & Execution of Sales Force.
· Implementation & Execution of IBP module for Forecast & demand planning.
· Implementation of Configure Price Quotation (CPQ).
· Coordination with key users for UAT testing in SAP S4 HANA.
Ø Sales Funnel & SOP (Sales Operational Process):
· Compiling & Updating SOP status report received from sales team on monthly.
· Preparing Sales Funnel, Quotation & Prospect dashboard from SOP.
Ø Handling ISO and Internal audits for Sales Department.
RequirementsEducation : Graduate with 8-10 years of experience
