What you can expect

We are looking for a candidate to join our team within the Analysis Competence Center as soon as possible, managing a team of engaged and highly qualified colleagues within the specialized field of separation as well as combination technologies.

·  As part of these duties, you will manage a research lab and lead your team in subject-specific as well as organizational terms and you are responsible for their professional development.
·  In your role as an expert on the subject as well as testing manager and analytical consultant, you will develop optimum analytical solutions to problems in cooperation with the principals and will communicate these solutions.
·  You will actively participate in work within the lab and additionally ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental rules as well as regulations within your field of work.

What we expect

·  Based on your education and experience in the physical or life sciences, you have extensive expertise in instrumental analytics.
·  You gained this experience in the field of separation technologies, preferably in gas chromatography.
·  Ideally, you have solid knowledge and skills relating to organic synthesis as well as analytical methodology, combined with practical experience in speciation analysis.
·  You are a proficient user of the standard IT applications and are accustomed to mastering your tasks in both German and English.
·  Personally, you impress with your high level of determination and orientation toward goals, and your strengths include a focus on customers as well as teamwork and communication skills.
