Professional Development Program (PDP) – Supply Chain, Class of 2020 Where the Chemistry Happens…
BASF's Professional Development Programs (PDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to real-world rotational assignments within different domestic locations. They will explore career options and develop technical and professional decision-making skills, while fulfilling specific business needs. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers.

Program Summary: APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS RECEIVING A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN SUPPLY CHAIN OR LOGISTICS BETWEEN DECEMBER 2019 AND JUNE 2020.
• As a highly motivated upcoming graduate, you will participate in a 24-month cross-functional program in areas including: Business, Corporate, and Site Supply Chain.• Your ability to be mobile will be critical, as this program is comprised of three domestic eight-month assignments, all based in separate locations.• Successfully engaging across the business throughout your rotations will expand your network, allow you to grow personally and professionally, and learn a variety of valuable skill sets.• Upon your completion of the program, you may be offered direct placement within the Supply Chain function

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Formula for Success: • Seniors graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (graduating between December 2019 – June 2020)• Demonstrated academic achievement, with a minimum GPA of 3.2• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship• Leadership potential• Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations• Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.• Previous internship/co-op experience a plus
