RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Process and Method Optimization unit supports all units at the site in optimizing their processes and methods. To accomplish this, we are always looking for recent graduates who want to help advance changes as part of a team.

·  You are a recent graduate or young professional and will assume responsibility for tasks in process optimization for operational production facilities.
·  With your knowledge, you will help tap into potential for improvement by systematically identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities.
·  Utilizing your expertise in applying digital methods during data-based and model-based process optimization, you will work with the possibilities offered by our experimentation labs for experimental studies.
·  In your own responsibility, working on process engineering topics within projects and with a focus on successful outcomes lies within your duties.
·  You will help to identify the root causes of disruptions in operational flows and will proactively drive the continuous improvement process forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  You successfully completed your degree in chemical process engineering or chemical engineering, have preferably earned a doctorate and have initial professional experience.
·  You work with a focus on problems based on your knowledge and skills with process engineering simulation programs and utilize statistical and digital methods.
·  To drive change forward and assume new tasks, you are always conscious of quality, safety, the environment and costs in your work.
·  Distinguished by high levels of creativity, you focus on customers and team spirit.
·  Excellent German and English language skills and proficiency in MS Office complete your profile.
