You will be running all aspects of farming operations including site selection, managing the seeding, growing and harvesting processes, management of pests and other risks, ensuring safety and operational procedures are up to date and ensuring machinery and equipment is correctly maintained.

Based in our regional office in Mount Gambier, you will be a key member of the team supporting our business throughout the process. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide Agronomic insight and make adjustments to ensure an effective production process. You will also foster strong working relationships with partners such as contractors, beekeepers, suppliers and the wider farming community.
