Objectives
·  根据生产规程、生产目标、安全规程、质量控制指标和班长指令对生产线各单元实施操作、控制和监视. Main Tasks
·  完全理解和掌握与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
·  严格遵照操作规程、生产指令和环境、健康和安全规程，确保生产线指定单元的平稳和安全运行。
·  确保将规定的操作动作、维修动作、工艺波动、故障、质量报告和工艺参数准确和及时地记录在交接班日志以及生产控制系统上。
·  维持每一个生产单元的清洁和卫生，严格遵照环境、健康和安全规程处理废弃物。
·  根据质量管理和质量控制规程，执行规定的工艺取样和实验室分析工作，并与实验室技术员和工程师进行合作。
·  就有关生产状况、装卸料、质量、故障处理及环境、健康和安全等事务给接班班组作全面和清楚的交接。 Requirements
·  高中以上学历，专业为化工或机械优先
·  有至少1年以上的化工装置工作经验
