Operative Marketing Expert Personal Care

Job description
This position requires an individual who can elaborate, update and implement the Personal Care country marketing strategy for Poland/Central Eastern Europe, in alignment with market segment and regional growth strategies, to support profitable growth.
What you can expect:
· Regular customer contact, acquisition of new projects, preparation of customer/distributor events with relevant functions, contribute to customer account planning
· Elaboration/implementation of Personal Care country marketing strategy
· Implementation of regional market segment strategies and product launches
· Steering of local application technology activities
· Develop, adapt and roll-out of promotion material (e.g. OPPs, concepts, presentations) as well as innovative concepts to support the growth of value-adding products
· Local/regional communication planning
· Organize and steer preparation of local/regional exhibitions in PL/CEE including booking, booth, promotion material etc. with relevant functions
· Regular market monitoring to contribute to market and segment approach
· Product/concept trainings internally and for distributors on Personal Care portfolio and concepts together with technical experts
· Business Monitoring/Marketing Reporting
What we expect
· University degree (ideally in marketing, economics, pharmacy, bioscience)
· Min. 5 years experience in the personal care Industry, ideally end customer product industry or cosmetics ingredient industry
· Skilled in presentations, communications and tools
· Ability and skills to give the lectures
· Project management
· Local language (Polish) and English (professional)
· Willingness to travel regularly within Central Eastern Europe
