Objectives of the Position

Reporting to the Manager, Facility Management, you will handle:

· 
Document distribution

· 
Franking machine

· 
Repairing and moving

·  Room setting  

Job Responsibilities

· 
Distribute incoming and internal mail and parcels; deliver/collect documents from customers, banks and various government departments

· 
Take care of the company postage; arrange record reading and reimbursement

· 
Assist in minor repairing work and small scale internal moving; maintain the office in a neat and good condition

· 
Set up different conference rooms for meetings

· 
Other administrative work as required on an ad hoc basis
  Requirements
· 
Secondary school graduate

· 
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable organization

· 
Good knowledge in MS Windows and Office

· 
Able to collaborate and network within matrix and intercultural teams

· 
Responsible, and motivated

· 
Good command of spoken and written Chinese. Elementary spoken English is an advantage
