·  5S   Main Tasks
·  在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须考虑EHS 要求，确保工作安全地开展。防止出现/尽量降低安全风险、环境污染或其他隐患；
·  在工作区域内实施管理程序和执行整改措施，确保EHS工作的持续改进；
·  组织并参加有关的安全活动，如安全谈话：班前讲安全、班中检查安全、班后总结安全；
·  提供新来员工岗位安全培训；
·  理解装置安全规范和质量控制/保证标准，并将其运用到工艺操作中来，确保安全和质量。
·  在紧急情况发生时，按照应急响应程序要求时采取必要和有效的措施，并汇报给装置经理。
·  作为公司应急响应联络人，在发生紧急情况的时候负责与内部基地应急响应小组及外部其他有关机构联系与协调。
·  维护装置内良好的环境卫生。
·  完成作业前的准备工作、确认安全条件并按照授权签发安全作业许可证；
·  对本班组安全工作全面负责。
·  与小组成员及承包商沟通存在的危害(如工作场所危险物质或与作业本身相关的特定风险)；
·  定期检查日常工作场所的潜在危险，并采取适当行动消除它
·  当非常日班出现应急情况，行使车间应急指挥的角色。   Requirements
·  大专及以上学历
·  至少3年以上的工厂生产领班的工作经历
·  有精细化工或者汽车行业的工作经验
·  有SAP, Excel操作经验和技能，以及良好的EHS意识，有维修背景更佳
