Junior Consultant HR systems (m/f/d)

Job description

In the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, we ensure that a consistent local approach is adopted in the various countries. To achieve this, we communicate with the relevant corporate divisions and contribute our regional expertise. We work with mature markets just as much as developing markets and either support the established companies there or promote our business in emerging markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

BASF uses SAP CRM as the central ticketing and tracking tool for handling numerous human resources processes worldwide. We are looking for you with immediate effect for the technical support of this system.

·  In your new role, you will be responsible for the business processes mapped in our CRM system on a technical and global level.
·  You will support the end user from technical training to the assignment of system authorizations, as well as with questions regarding system application.
·  You will coordinate incident, change and crisis management.
·  To do this, you will communicate between end users and developers, perform user acceptance tests and document solution approaches.
·  For quality assurance, you will carry out regular monitoring, further develop existing monitoring or create new monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  Completed studies in the field of business informatics (or related subjects) or a comparable vocational training
·  Experience in dealing with HR systems, such as SAP Personnel Administration, SAP Organizational Management or a CRM system
·  Experience with HR topics
·  Technical affinity, no fear of bits and bytes
·  Very good knowledge of English
·  Target-oriented communication with global business partners and customers at different hierarchical levels
·  Keep a cool head in difficult situations
·  Independent working method and initiative
·  Constant striving for innovation and optimization
